Project 2 - Booklet

  1. nice work Shermen! The product look simple and fairly easy to operate. The idea of dispensing the pills one by one is quite good. Patients are able to take the pills in a much easier way. I would recommend you to soften the edges of the top or make it a bit more rounded around the sides with a flat surface at the top for pressing/pumping out the pills. Labeling can be improved by playing with colours and text sizes.

  2. Simple shape and clean colour. I saw the model, it looks great. This package is easy to access, but also child-resistant. So i think it reaches the brief well. The drawing is nice, and show clear instruction. But also i am thinking that the top bit, maybe should be more round, make people feel better when they press it.

  3. This is a great design. Well thought out and it addresses the brief. The way to use it looks easy enough and can be easily understood by many people. One thing you could improve is the edge of the lid? it could be a bit softer in shape. Over all a good design!! goodwork!!!

  4. This design is very interesting and useful for the elderly as they can easily access their pills by just pushing pressing the container. For improvement, maybe you can have the base thicker which can act as a support so the user can just press it on the table without lifting it. Overall, it is a well thought out design

  5. Nice design with consideration to its user. Though I feel differently about making a more rounder shape of the container. Because round, curve and cylindrical container will roll away from the user, and especially and elderly with joint-problem will find it difficult to retrieve the rolling-awawy container. So I recommend more angular edges to prevent the rolling.
